I provide appointment-based beauty treatment services, beauty advice, and consulting to beauty businesses through my website and in person.

Use of this Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the website with the permission of a parent or guardian.

You agree to:
- Use the website only for lawful purposes
- Provide accurate and current information
- Not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or data

Appointments & Treatments

- Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
- You must provide accurate health information relevant to the treatments being booked.
- I/we reserve the right to refuse treatment where I believe it may be unsafe or inappropriate.
- Late arrivals may result in shortened or cancelled appointments at full charge.

Bookings & Payments

- All appointments must be booked in advance and secured with a deposit.

- Full payment is required on or before the day of treatment.

- Prices listed are exclusive of travel surcharges (see below).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice may be rescheduled without penalty.

- Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment may result in loss of deposit or full treatment charge.

- International bookings require a minimum of 14 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Travel & Surcharges

Within the UK: surcharges are calculated based on distance from our base location and will be confirmed at the time of booking. As surcharge will apply to mobile treatments outside London (M25).

International travel (outside of the UK): all associated travel costs, accommodation, and any additional expenses must be covered by the client. A bespoke quotation will be provided prior to confirming the booking.

Travel surcharges are non-refundable once confirmed.

International Bookings

- A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure bookings outside of the UK.

- Clients are responsible for arranging and covering all travel, accommodation, and logistics as outlined at the time of booking.

Client Responsibility

- Clients are responsible for providing a suitable space for treatments (clean, safe, with access to power and running water if required).

- Any parking, tolls, or access charges must be covered by the client.

Liability

- While every care is taken to deliver treatments to the highest standard, Bodhial accepts no responsibility for reactions or outcomes resulting from undeclared medical conditions, allergies, or use of non-disclosed products.

- Clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.

Products & Purchases

- All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
- I/we aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate, but errors may occur.
- Orders are subject to availability. I reserve the right to cancel or modify orders.
- Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal).

Returns & Refunds

Retail products:

- You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items (e.g. opened cosmetics or personal care items) may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Appointments:

- Refunds for missed or cancelled appointments are subject to our cancellation policy stated at the time of booking.

Intellectual Property

All content on CharlieMcCorry.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Bodhial Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission
- Use our branding or content for commercial purposes without consent

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charlie McCorry or Bodhial Ltd shall not be liable for:

- Any loss of profits or revenue
- Any claim arising from your misuse of the website or services

Our liability for any direct loss shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

By booking a mobile treatment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Bodhial reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
